A Note From the Owner Regarding New Pricing- Effective August 2022

Dear Customer,

Well, if you've been to the grocery store or bought some gas or bought a postage stamp to pay your bill, you know that inflation has made everything more expensive.
I have not had a price increase since January 2020. It is time. I just filled up my gas tank and I had to get approved for a loan! I fight with the city on property taxes every year and they bit me again.
So, I'm going up. I'll still be the cheapest and in a good part of town. I do enjoy a good value and keeping long term customers.
The price increase is just in keeping with the Consumer Price Index that the government puts out, so we're not going up, we're just treading water.
The new prices will be effective beginning with August rent. If you have automated payments set on your credit card, it will automatically charge the new price.
